Refund policy

No Refunds — No Exceptions

  • All sales are final. Once an order is received by the customer, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except as specifically stated below.

Limited Exceptions

  • Lost in transit: If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a refund or replacement upon receipt of the carrier’s loss confirmation and the order details.
  • Unused returns: Refunds are available only for items that are returned unused, unopened, in original condition, and in original packaging. Returns must include the order number and proof of purchase and will be inspected upon receipt. If the returned item fails inspection, no refund will be issued.

No Refunds on Sale Items

  • Sale, clearance, promotional, and final‑mark‑down items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
